(1) Register your account
The first thing you must do is create an account with us. Worry not, the form is simple enough and the process takes no more than a few minutes.
Go to the main page and click on the green “Create account” button. Just fill in the form with the corresponding information. Remember to read the terms before accepting and then click on “Register Account”. Don’t worry about the “Code” field since that’s optional. Of course, if you have a promo code you can use it right there.
Once you finished completing the form, you should receive an e-mail on your preferred mail client inbox. There you will find a confirmation link, click on it or just copy & paste the address on your favorite browser.
If by any chance you don’t get an e-mail, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to help you.
(2) Verification
In order to continue, you need to verify your identity with us. We have currently two ways to do this, via telephone or with an international credit card.
Via Telephone
Click on the corresponding green button and you will be offered several phones, simply call us on the one that matches your region. When in doubt, just choose one with the desired language.
We’ll ask you a few simple questions and then give you a code that you will need to enter on the box.
Via Credit Card
If you have an international credit card, you can go through this option. Currently supported cards by Payex are VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard and Maestro. Once you have entered your card information, 1 USD will credited to your account to complete the verification process. After that, the money will be refunded to you.
(3) Welcome!
After the verification has been completed, you will receive another e-mail with login information. Once you enter our control panel with the link provided, you are ready to use City Cloud.
